Sunset is probably the best time to come up here with a coffee or just sit quietly after dinner. You get a real sense of how peaceful this whole area is from the top.

The outside space is just as inviting as the inside. You have a good sized private garden that wraps the villa, plus a temperature controlled pool where you almost imagine yourself having a swim at night when it is all quiet. Sometimes you catch the smell of a barbecue from one of the neighbors and it is hard not to picture winter evenings here with family and friends. It is very rare to have this much space with direct golf course views and that real feeling of privacy, especially for a seven bedroom villa in Hattan.
