Brand New Villa with Full Golf Course Views

Some places just slow you down in the best way. This five bedroom villa in Damac Hills, right in the Trevi part of the community, made me just want to take my shoes off the second I stepped in. It is brand new and feels really fresh but also so easy to relax in. The first thing you'll probably notice is how much natural light comes through those big floor to ceiling windows. There is this light that stretches across clean tiled floors and just sort of leads you to a view of the golf course that is honestly hard to look away from. I spent a few minutes by that window just watching the greens and the way the sun moves across them and it was the best kind of calm.

The villa sits on a plot that is just a bit smaller than seven thousand square feet and the built up area goes over four thousand three hundred square feet. Sounds like a lot but inside, it does not feel overwhelming. It is airy and open, with places that invite you to spread out but also some cozy corners as you go. Downstairs you get a living space that actually feels like the center of a home. The big windows open everything up to the outside and sometimes you can hear a little breeze or maybe even catch a bit of birdsong. There is a modern kitchen that is fully set up for real cooking not just those quick heat up meals. The countertops have that slight shine you get with new builds and honestly if you like to cook or bake you will find it is easy to move around in there.

Upstairs, there is a second living area which I always think makes a difference for families. It is somewhere to just hang out together or even set up a spot for games or reading. All four bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathrooms so no fussing over who gets to shower first in the morning. The wardrobes are all built in with loads of space. And then there is the master bedroom which is one of those rooms where you just want to slide the curtains open each morning to check out the golf course views. The balcony is really big too actually I stood out there for a while just watching the course and thinking this is where you would sit for coffee on weekends or maybe read in the evenings when things get quiet. Plus the master bathroom has both a jacuzzi and a walk in shower. It just feels like a bit of a treat every day.

You also get a maids room and honestly the whole layout feels thoughtful like it was actually designed for real living not just for show. The plot is a corner one which means you get a huge garden that wraps around the villa. There is lots of space out there for kids to run around or maybe set up barbecues with friends. The area outside is easy on the eyes with a good balance of grass and space to just sit. Two parking spaces are right by the property which makes things much easier when you are carrying groceries or coming back with sleepy kids in the car.

Life in Damac Hills is nice and steady. There's a strong sense of community and people here look out for each other. Being part of Trevi means you are close to so many things. The Trump International Golf Club is right nearby and I noticed kids out in the skate parks most afternoons. There are coffee shops around plus big supermarkets and walking paths where you'll sometimes catch dog walkers or families out just enjoying the air. It is also well connected by both Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street so getting around Dubai from here is never much of a headache.

The villa itself is in perfect condition. There are really no big projects to deal with before you move in. You can just bring your furniture and see how it fits. It is a lovely spot for families who want space and a bit of peace but still want places for the kids to play or maybe grow up with the sound of golf swings in the background.
