You will find little kids playing in the shaded area next to it or racing each other on their bikes. There is a relaxed quiet in the evenings that feels rare in Dubai. Everybody seems to know each other a little and at night you might hear some laughter drifting through open windows. It is the sort of place where neighbors nod at each other but no one is pushy. The whole Serena community just feels friendly but not in your face.
