We are delighted to announce three incredible new appointments to our management team – Sales Director Mark Richards, Head of HR & Talent Acquisition Nathan Kearney, and Head of Short Stays Alex Eady.

Mark has over 15 years of real estate experience across the UK and the Middle East. He has worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, and has come to understand the nuances of the UAE market at a very intricate level. He has worked with some leading brokerages in Dubai and led one of them to bagging two consecutive ‘Best Brokerage’ awards, a feat he intends to replicate at LuxuryProperty.com. He is an integral part of the company’s growth strategy and will lay the groundwork for long-term successes.

Mark’s appointment is yet another feather in our cap, following on from a record-breaking 2021 where we hit new heights of success and closed some of the most expensive sales and rental deals in Dubai’s history.

Alex Eady, a short-term rental expert with vast experience in the prime London and Dubai markets, takes charge of our latest brand vertical – Short Stays by LuxuryProperty.com. In recent years, the short-term rental market in Dubai has been on the rise. This has been bolstered by events such as Expo, but the city also attracts a fair number of corporate tenants who are seeking the best homes to live in during their time working in Dubai. We fully aim to capitalise on this growing market and Alex will help us to build and expand on that vision in the coming months.
