Location in Malaga is actually one of the best things about living here. The airport is only ten minutes away so if you travel now and then, it is never a hassle. The centre of Malaga is just a bit further and it is full of little tapas bars, museums and all kinds of galleries. Just walking along those old streets feels completely different to the bigger cities. Everything you might need is within a short walk. Supermarkets, cafés, local restaurants that never seem to close too early and if you just want the sand under your feet the famous Carihuela Beach is right below. Sometimes people ask if this penthouse would suit an investment or if it feels more like a forever home. Honestly it works both ways. The detail in the finishes and layout shows someone thought about life here rather than just designing for show. You have easy access to public transport so getting around is simple even if you do not drive. Early evenings you will sometimes see local families heading out for a walk or kids riding by on bikes.
