Luxury Apartment on a High Floor with Marina View

It is funny how sometimes a place just puts you at ease straight away. That is what happened to me with this high floor apartment in Oceana Residences Palm Jumeirah. I opened the door and took a deep breath like I had been there before, even though I had not. Maybe it is the height you can definitely feel you are high above it all and the sense of open space just settles around you. You get this full view of the Marina skyline through windows that honestly make you want to pull up a chair and just look out for a while. I stood there for a bit myself and saw a couple of boats making their way across the water which felt a little bit cinematic to be honest.

Inside it is a real home not just an apartment with rooms. The living and dining space feels open but you can see how it would be cosy too when you have a few friends around or just a normal evening with your family. The kitchen is not poky and not too flashy either. It just honestly feels like somewhere you could actually cook. Pull open the cupboards and you can see yourself putting the groceries away without thinking too hard about where things go. There is a private study tucked nearby and it is nice because you could work there without feeling cut off from the rest of the home. Some people might want to use it as a quiet spot to read. Sometimes you do not realise how useful that is until you have guests or bags of shopping. As for Oceana itself you just wander outside and you are on the private beach. There is a sense that even on the busier days you are a little tucked away from it all. Concierge is downstairs if you need a hand with anything which can be good if you get home late or have visitors who are not sure where to park.

Families and anyone who wants space to relax will notice the kids play area and the pool. The pool area itself is one of those spots where you kind of lose track of time. You might grab something from Ula which sits right by the water and somehow the food tastes better there probably because of the view. Around sunset I found myself just sitting for an extra ten minutes watching the sun go down over the Marina. It is hard to say no to that.

Living in Oceana Residences means you are not far from what you need. Nakheel Mall is a short walk so you pop over for groceries maybe even without a car. There are restaurants and cool new places to try right down West Palm Beach and sometimes you see people just heading out for a late coffee or a casual dinner. Honestly nothing feels out of reach.

It is rare to find something vacant and ready to go in Oceana Palm Jumeirah. There is a calmness to this apartment.
