You will also notice how well looked after the place is. I have seen a lot of Dubai villas that look great in pictures and feel kind of empty in person. Here you get space, real privacy, and there is just this lived in energy even though it is a new part of town. Families, friends, even young couples just starting out—everyone seems to find their own rhythm.
