Kids bike by in the evenings families are always out walking someone's dog and the coffee shop is never far. You get access to the park and the clubhouse and of course the golf course if you love a round. The outdoor swimming pool is just a little stroll away and honestly sometimes you will forget you even need a car. Dubai Hills Mall is nearby too so groceries are quick and there is always somewhere to pop in if you want a treat. There are international schools and hospitals around so you do not feel cut off even though you get all this greenery.

I like that the villa has an easy feel to it but if you want more activity the city really is not far. You get enough of a suburban rhythm without ever feeling outside of things. Sometimes the little details stand out. The birds in the morning are actually louder than the traffic. The air feels softer. The views remind you that life slows down if you let it.
