2 Bedroom Apartment , Sea View and Marina View

Some places just make you want to stay a while and that is honestly how I felt the first time I walked through this two bedroom apartment in Sunrise Bay Tower One at Emaar Beachfront. You can almost hear the water when you throw open the sliding doors. There is something about the way the sea breeze rolls through the apartment and suddenly you are just thinking about sitting on that wide wraparound balcony, with a coffee in hand, watching the city go about its day on the water.

As soon as you step into the living area, you will probably do what I did, which is look up at those floor to ceiling windows and just stop for a second. They catch so much sunlight that some moments it feels like the whole place is glowing. You have got the Dubai Marina on one side, blue water that just goes and goes, and Palm Jumeirah out there in the distance. I have seen mornings where the city feels kind of peaceful from up here which is a nice little surprise.

The kitchen is tucked off to the side but still part of the space so you do not have to miss out on what is going on in the living area. I kept thinking I would actually make something here, not just heat takeaway. The appliances are already here and it just feels ready for someone to really use it. There are those details you do not always notice at first like the cabinets have a gentle close to them and the counters just seem easy to wipe down. If you like to cook, or even if you only pretend you do, it just feels like there are no obstacles to making a meal.

What a lot of people really talk about though is that big balcony. It wraps right around and every single bedroom opens onto it. The master bedroom has this comfy vibe and you wake up with so much daylight just filling the space. There is an en suite you can actually move around in and the second bathroom, I kind of stared at the tub for a moment thinking this is one of those spots where you could really relax after a long day. The rain shower in there is a nice touch too.

For families or anyone who likes to have people over, this apartment works because the living areas are open and inviting but then the bedrooms just seem to slow you down. There is privacy but you never feel shut off from everything. Both bedrooms step out onto the balcony, so even from bed you sort of feel outside.

Sunrise Bay itself is easy to love. No giant crowds. Just the people who actually live here. There is a private beach that is for residents only and you can just wander down with a towel in the morning if you like. Sometimes I see parents carrying sand toys and kids already half in their swimsuits. There is an infinity pool right by the beach that is never too busy and a hot tub when you want to just soak. For get togethers, there is a BBQ area that gets that cozy kind of smoke in the air in the evenings. I have also noticed a lot of residents let their kids play down at the playground so you hear laughter but it all stays pretty laid back.

Another thing, you are tucked away but it never feels far from anything. Dubai Marina is close enough that you can duck out for coffee or dinner and not even think about parking. The grocery shop is a short drive or even a longer walk if you feel like stretching your legs. Sheikh Zayed Road is right there too so even on workdays you are not fighting half the city's traffic.

It is that sort of place where, after you move in, weekends just feel longer and the city feels like it is there for you but never in your way.
