Some spaces really make you pause for a second. I remember walking through this five bedroom villa at the Estates at Acqualina in Miami and just standing there by the windows with the ocean in view. The sound of the waves was coming in softer than I expected. It is the kind of place where you can breathe a bit easier and maybe even forget your phone for a while.
This home is completely unfurnished right now so you actually get to decide how it feels. Honestly that is rare in a place like this. Sometimes you walk into these luxury properties and they are already dressed up and you are just living with someone else's choices. Here though the blank canvas is yours so if you have always dreamed of a reading nook that catches the sunrise or a kitchen set up for making actually good coffee in the quiet mornings you have room for it.
What surprises most people is just how much space you get. Four thousand seven hundred and eighty square feet inside and a lot of that is open plan which really lets in the light. There are big family spaces but also corners where you can just sit with a book or work quietly without feeling tucked away. Five bedrooms so yes you can have everyone over and not worry about it feeling crowded. Seven and a half bathrooms too so really there is never any waiting around. You could honestly host your whole extended family for the weekend.
Something I noticed when I spent a bit of time here is how it does not feel like the usual beachfront property that is a little too minimal. There is an ease to it. Maybe it is the view or the way you can hear people out on the water during the day and then watch the building lights from the balcony at night.
The amenities here just go beyond the usual Miami villa set up. You get access to an indoor ice skating rink which lets you pretend you are somewhere else entirely if you are in the mood. There is also a bowling alley which actually does see a lot of use late in the evenings. Aqua fit classes are genuinely more fun when you are looking out at the ocean. For anyone who likes to mix up the routine a bit there is even a boxing ring indoors. Sometimes there are kids' classes there and you hear laughter echoing down the hall.
You will also find a Halo therapy area that is genuinely relaxing on a stressful week. There is a flowrider for surf practice and a kids pool with a slide that actually gets used. On quiet afternoons you might spot families just lounging by the water while someone builds a sandcastle. If you like full service beach clubs you have one right here so you never have to pack a bag or search for a fresh towel.
Food is not a problem at all. There are five restaurants close and because it is all part of the Estates at Acqualina you have round the clock room service. Sometimes you feel like breakfast at noon and that is no issue. If you ever need housekeeping there is help available so you can focus on actually enjoying your time here. It feels nice not to worry about chores for a while.
Miami is right outside but honestly when you are home here you might not want to leave very often. The local community is relaxed and you see people out walking or just sitting with a coffee in the mornings. Kids on bikes in the evenings. It has its own steady kind of pace.
The only way to really get the feel for this villa is to come see it. I am happy to answer any questions or just walk you through when you are ready. At LuxuryProperty dot com we want your next home move to feel as easy as finding the right chair by that big window. Reach out any time.
