The Ranches Primary School is basically next door which really does make morning runs much less stressful.

You will also find that even though everything you need is close you still feel that calm and space when you get home. If you work in the city the drive is really not bad and you get to come back to the kind of peaceful surroundings that are hard to find anywhere else.

Honestly this villa feels more like a lived in home than something out of a show. It is unfurnished so you can really make the space suit your own style.
