3 bedroom villa in Springs 3, The Springs

I stepped inside and right away the calm seemed to slow everything down. Maybe it has something to do with the view of the lake through the big window in the living room. I actually found myself standing there longer than I planned just watching the light shift on the water. I have noticed in the evenings you will often see families strolling or kids racing by on bikes around the lakes which always makes you feel part of a real community. 

Location wise you are close to parks and schools and it is not a long drive out to the main roads if you ever need to get into the city. Still I have to say sometimes you might not leave The Springs at all on the weekends because everything is on your doorstep. It is easy to forget how busy Dubai gets when you are here.
