Some homes just have a certain way of making you take a breath and slow down right when you walk in. This one bedroom apartment at Grand Bleu Tower 1, right along Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour, definitely feels like that for me. The first time I stepped in, I just hung back for a second and looked towards the balcony. You can see the water almost straight away and honestly, it is one of those views where you kind of forget your phone and just watch the light change for a while. I even spotted a few sailboats gliding past. The Palm Jumeirah just sits there in the distance so you always know the city is out there but it feels pretty peaceful up here.
The apartment is open and airy, and you will notice that as soon as you walk through the main door. The kitchen does not hide in a corner. It is seamless with the living space so you could be cooking breakfast while still chatting with anyone on the sofa or even glancing out onto the balcony. The kitchen itself is smart and not just there to look pretty. There is enough room to actually cook or set up for a casual dinner if you want to have a few friends over. I stood by the counter and could see sunrise would be gorgeous from here. Sometimes these new places get a little cramped but this is not like that. With nine hundred nine square feet, it actually gives you space to move around without bumping into everything which makes it very easy to call home.
The balcony is bigger than you might guess and really is an outdoor room more than just a place to stand. You can hear a bit of the city hum but mostly it is the waves or the sound of people strolling along the beach path down below. A coffee in hand on a weekend morning out there just makes sense. The thing about these views is they do not really get old either. Some evenings you will notice the city lights pick up on the water and it is just a nice scene to look at whether you are working or just winding down for the day.
What is great about Grand Bleu Tower and Emaar Beachfront is really how it feels designed around having a balanced life. Yes there is a fitness centre right downstairs if you ever wanted to get into a regular gym routine without needing to leave the building and the pool is just a few steps away. I have seen people heading down in their flip flops with a towel over their shoulder and honestly it feels like you are at a resort half the time. The beach is private for the community, so you actually get space to yourself even on busier weekends. I also noticed that you can walk to a few café spots nearby and there is always someone out for a morning run. Even if you are the kind of person who thinks they will never use the beach, you might find yourself going for a walk at sunset more often than you expect.
The bigger thing with this spot is how connected it is. You can drive to Dubai Marina pretty quickly, and Palm Jumeirah is really just a couple of turns away so if you want to pop out for dinner or shopping it never feels like a hassle. Sheikh Zayed Road is there for when you need to get out of town too. It really mixes the best of living by the water but never feeling far from whatever you need during the day.
And right now, the apartment is sitting empty so you can move in without any drama or waiting around. It is rare to find one that is actually ready right away at Emaar Beachfront. The only way to know if this feels like your spot is probably to come walk around and just see how it sits with you. If you are curious or want to take a closer look, just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your move to Dubai Harbour to feel easy from that first chat.
