Beach Vista, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just feel like you've hit pause on the city the minute you walk in. That's what happened the first time I stepped inside this furnished one bedroom apartment right by the water at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. You get this faint hint of salt in the air if you open the balcony door and honestly for a minute there I just wanted to sit and watch the changing blue of the bay. If you already know Emaar Beachfront you probably get the vibe here. A little more private and exclusive than some other spots but never stuffy. Right after you walk in there's something calm about the layout. Sometimes I find furnished apartments can feel a bit too show home like but this one actually seems lived in even though everything is new.
The reception space is bigger than it looks in pictures it stretches right out toward the floor to ceiling glass where light comes in all day. Actually I stood by the window for a while and you can see both the Marina skyline and out over the bay so it's not just water or just city you're getting the best bit of both. Even at night it is pretty with the city lights and those big cruise ships easing by every now and then. I can picture someone making a simple breakfast in the kitchen which is tucked nicely out of the main space and feels like you'd actually use it. The appliances are all new. Lots of storage. If you're the type who likes to cook a proper meal not just throw something in the microwave it would work well. And the best thing is after you cook you just wander out to the balcony and it feels like your own bit of sky above the water.
The bedroom is a bit of a surprise actually. It is quiet in there you do not really hear much of the city at all. I tried closing the door just to see and you get this real sense of being tucked away. It's furnished too and there is enough space for a pretty large bed and even an armchair if you want one. The bathroom is bright with a properly sized shower and plenty of storage for all the stuff you need. Sometimes you get these new places where bathrooms look sharp but are not practical but this one works. Good hot water pressure as well.
So there is private beach access which can change your whole week honestly. You just take the lift downstairs and walk out past the little green space and you are on clean sand. No crowds either and you see a lot of people heading out for a swim early in the morning. If you have got a car your parking spot is already sorted it's underground so you do not have to stress about the summer heat. For people who do not want to drive much there is always a driver waiting or the option to just walk to the coffee shop in the lower plaza. I sometimes see a few regulars sitting there reading or just hanging out after a walk.
What I also noticed is how safe it feels. Security on site all day and the concierge will remember your name after a week or so. Comes in handy if you ever need a parcel taken in or someone to give you tips on which delivery places get here fastest. Living here you get access to the fitness facilities which are actually good. The gym feels like people use it regularly and the equipment isn't just for show. The pool is huge and there is always a quiet spot to stretch out with a book. If you like the idea of an easy life by the water but still want to be able to get anywhere in Dubai in about fifteen minutes it really does make sense.
It is available for short term rent and all the bills and chiller are covered every month which makes life much easier. You honestly just come with your bag and settle in. They say you need to see a place to know if it's right for you and I think that's true with this one. If you want to walk through or just ask something you can reach out any time. That's how we do things at LuxuryProperty dot com. We just want your next move to feel a little bit easier than the last one.
