You walk in and the sunlight almost stops you because of the way it pours in from the big windows. Honestly that entryway is something else. It is tall and wide and kind of gives you this open arms vibe. I found myself actually looking up for a moment there just taking in the high ceilings. There is something peaceful about the sense of space here. It is not cold or echoey either it just feels comfortable and welcoming.

The main living areas are proper rooms but they flow into each other in a really comfortable way. You do not lose that family feel but you still get the option of having people over without feeling cramped or cut off. Those oak pocket doors are impressive by the way. You almost want someone to come over just so you can slide them across and show off a little. They are tall, nearly as high as the ceiling, and they frame the space in a way that makes the house feel both grand and down to earth. I think that is rare.

The price is simply what it is, one million two hundred thousand for a lot of house and a lot of green space in Ajman. Plot size gives you more than enough to spread out and relax and with over twelve thousand built up it feels relaxed rather than huge or overwhelming.
