Jumeirah Luxury, Jumeirah Golf Estates
Sometimes you can just feel when a place would be easy to call home and I got that sense right away in this three bedroom townhouse at Jumeirah Luxury inside Jumeirah Golf Estates. The afternoon I visited it was quiet except for someone pruning the hedges outside and the sound of the sprinklers. There is something about living here that feels a bit like you are tucked away from the rest of Dubai even though you can be at the mall or the Marina in no time if you want to be. You walk in and things just seem to flow the way they should. The living areas are spacious and honestly have this real openness to them. Sun pours in from the big windows and you naturally end up hanging by the balcony just watching the trees move or people from the neighboring homes strolling past with their evening tea.
You can tell a lot of the details were meant for actual living. The kitchen is a genuine cook's kitchen not just a showpiece. The countertops have plenty of room for prep and I noticed the cabinetry actually fits everything someone would need. Cooking here would be fun but not just for special occasions. Plus even if it is only takeout night at home you can leave the sliding doors open to the outside balcony and catch a breeze with your meal. Sometimes that is all you want after a long day. And you can always pop down to one of the nearby coffee shops for a change of scenery. The bedrooms are upstairs and all three have built in wardrobes which is one of those things you forget you needed until you move into a place that does not have them. The master has its own balcony and if you leave the windows open in the evening you get this soft light and maybe a bird or two on the rail. It is the kind of feeling that sort of settles you before bed.
You will also notice that the townhouse is laid out in a way that makes sense for sharing space but also for privacy. Sometimes everyone wants to be together in the living area and other times you just want to read alone with the door closed and you can do both really well here. Privacy is actually one of the things people talk about the most in Jumeirah Golf Estates. It never feels busy or cramped and honestly the air seems cleaner than in the city. The built up area is generous so you will not be bumping elbows with family or flatmates and the plot itself gives you more outdoor space than you might expect. I saw a few homes with little herb gardens or hammocks. Some folks ride bikes around in the evening or take a jog along the walking paths and everyone says hello in a quiet way. It just feels safe and kind of friendly here. Security is twenty four seven but you almost forget that is there because the place already feels peaceful.
One of the things I like most about this area is the lifestyle it gives you without feeling too exclusive or stuffy. There are top international schools nearby and a shopping center where you can grab groceries plus little bakeries and even a nice wine shop. The pools are never that crowded and you can always find a quiet corner in the shared gardens to just take it easy. The gym is everything you would need if you like to work out and if you play golf you are honestly going to have trouble finding a better spot anywhere in Dubai.
The townhouse is not furnished so you can make it look exactly how you want from the start. The only way to really know if it matches your lifestyle is to come have a look. Reach out anytime even for just a walk through or quick coffee. That is how we try to keep things at LuxuryProperty.com relaxed and comfortable for you.
