The car park is covered and secure and that always makes things easier if you have guests. What people like about Dubai Creek Harbour is the balance. Downtown Dubai is just a short drive away and DXB airport is close enough that picking up friends is not a big deal.

As for the apartment itself it is vacant and ready right now. So you do not have to wait if you are making a move soon. The space is upgraded and has a real fresh feel.
