You start to notice the little things like how clean the walkways are or how easy it is to get around even if you do not always have your car with you since the parking is actually convenient here too. 

If you are thinking about using this apartment yourself or renting it out long term it just works. And the honest truth is it is ready to move in as is. You will not be chasing after furniture or worrying about little fixes so you can pretty much just bring your suitcases. Sometimes you can tell when a community is still finding its feet but here it already feels settled with everything you might want close by parks shops and cafes plus all the benefits that come from being in Dubai Creek Harbour.
