Sometimes you walk into a place and the whole mood just shifts. That is the first thing I noticed with this one bedroom apartment in Marina Vista Tower 1 at Emaar Beachfront right here in Dubai Harbour. I caught myself just sort of standing by the floor to ceiling windows for a while staring out at the sea as the evening sun painted everything gold. You really feel the calmness that comes from being close to water and honest to goodness it is easy to forget the city rush completely while you are here. It just feels like a spot where you would slow down without even thinking about it.
This apartment is just over 730 square feet but it feels bigger because there is so much daylight coming in. The living space is open and bright which gives you a sort of hidden freedom. I think you will probably find the kitchen inviting even if you do not usually cook much. It is an Italian Ernestomeda kitchen after all with marble on the countertops and proper Miele appliances. I ran my hand along the counter and thought it would be a pleasure to do actual meals here and not just reheat leftovers. The kitchen flows right into the living area so things never feel boxed in. There is a sense of connection. And just off the living room is a balcony big enough for a couple of chairs. You could easily picture yourself there with morning coffee or that postwork glass of something just watching the sunset stretch along the water. Sometimes you can even hear the gulls over the sound of the city which is sort of special.
There are a lot of hidden details you start noticing once you settle in. The doors close quietly and there is this solid feel to everything from the light switches to the way the wardrobes glide shut in the bedroom. You can tell someone really put care into the finishings. The bedroom itself is calm with these neutral tones that just sort of melt the day away. You have built in wardrobes so nothing feels cluttered and there is a real sense of space it is not cramped at all. The bathroom continues that peaceful feeling lots of soft colours and quality materials. It makes even a quick morning routine before work feel a bit more relaxed.
Being here at Emaar Beachfront means the beach is never more than a few steps down the path. I actually stood at the edge of the private stretch of sand for a while and watched some families kicking a football as other people wandered back from a swim. The swimming pool is something you will want to use too. It has views you do not really get tired of and the deck around it is friendly for both relaxing alone or having friends over. Then there is the fitness centre that overlooks the water. Honestly if you are trying to stay motivated it is much easier when your gym has a view like that.
Location actually becomes one of the biggest draws here. As quiet as it feels you are never far from Dubai Marina or Bluewaters Island. Grocery shops and restaurants are just around the corner. I stop for coffee some mornings at a café near the entrance before heading out. Sometimes you see kids on scooters weaving between palm trees. It is got that mix of privacy and actual community that some new places miss.
This apartment is fully furnished and upgraded throughout so you really only need your suitcase. It has not been lived in which is kind of rare for rentals in this area. It is the sort of place that feels just as perfect for starting fresh on your own as it would as an investment. You get the sea views and those sunsets every single day and it does not wear off.
The only way to know if it feels like home for you is to come and see it. If you have any questions or just want to wander through the place reach out whenever you feel like it. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make every move feel as smooth and personal as possible.
