One bedroom apartment at Mina by Azizi on Palm Jumeirah

Storage is sorted. A lot of places say built in but here you have actual useful space. Not just a tiny closet in the corner. Enough for all your clothes so it never gets cluttered. There is also a dedicated parking spot so you never have to think about where the car might fit after work. That makes coming home easy. 

Being part of Mina by Azizi means you get that private beach life without the busy crowds. The sand feels a bit softer when it is just for residents. I have seen a few families come down in the evenings while others just sit and read right by the water. You have got a big pool which looks out toward the sea so you end up swimming with some of the best views on Palm Jumeirah. On the health side there is a new gym and sauna too so you have no excuse not to keep up with your routine if that matters to you. 

The neighborhood is honestly what a lot of people look for when moving to Dubai. It is surrounded by five star hotels which means you are always close to a good place for lunch or even just coffee. The mornings here are peaceful and sometimes you spot couples going for a stroll down the beachfront promenade. Even on busy days it manages to feel a little tucked away from the usual city buzz. 

So if you want something that feels both exclusive and welcoming a real beachfront home but not flashy and hectic this spot at Mina by Azizi might be worth considering. The landlord is motivated and the apartment is vacant so you do not have to wait to move in.
