What really surprised me was the basement. The air gets cooler down there and it just feels like a proper getaway from the rest of the house. You always see families with strollers or kids biking just before sunset. It feels safe and lived in even though everything is new and very high end. Healthcare is nearby and Downtown Dubai is not far at all if you want to shop or eat out.
