Some homes just have a way of making you slow down the moment you walk in. This large corner villa in Sidra at Dubai Hills Estate does exactly that. The sun comes in differently here maybe it is the way the windows stretch or just how open everything feels but it is the first thing that greets you. There is no sense of being boxed in. The space flows and you can actually just breathe.
When I first got here I stood by the side entrance for a bit. You come in not exactly straight into the main living area but off to the side which honestly makes it feel more private. Right away you are between two easy going zones. One direction takes you towards the open plan kitchen and family lounge and if you go the other way there is the guest bedroom and all the utility things like laundry and storage and the maid's space. Nothing is cramped or hidden. The kitchen is brand new and honestly you might notice how real it feels not just for show. There is room for a big double fridge and someone who loves cooking will be happy about the space for a proper gas stove and everything just lines up so you are not bumping elbows when more than one person is in there. The grey color scheme is quiet and easy on the eyes. You could cook here every day or just sit at the dining table with some coffee in the morning looking outside.
About those outside spaces you walk through the living room and two big sliding doors lead straight into the garden. This is one of the larger plots in Sidra Villas and you feel it. The backyard is just open and green with places to put chairs and you can hear birds near the little water features. Some mornings you might even spot families heading out onto the walking trail that connects right from your own back garden. Once the mall trail is done you could almost walk to cafes and shops without ever having to drive.
Upstairs is where the quiet really is. There are three more bedrooms here. Two of them are designed with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between so if you have kids they will probably end up hanging out together more. The built in storage helps with the mess and you can tell these rooms were planned for families in mind. And then there is the master bedroom at the back which catches every bit of green light in the morning. The balcony looks out over the garden and even a bit across to other green spaces so sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are just looking out. There is a proper walk in closet and the ensuite feels pretty luxe without being fussy.
Parking is something you never worry about here. Besides the garage for two cars there is space for guests or more of your own cars right on the driveway. It is honestly nice during big family weekends or if you just have friends dropping by.
Dubai Hills Estate is a younger community but you see why families like it. The landscape is really a mix of wild green and neat lawns. Kids bike around in the afternoons. The park is close enough to take a picnic but far enough you do not hear everyone else's fun. Plus the coffee shop is really never far and weekends can be as slow or busy as you like.
This villa is not just four walls and a roof. The owner has a few places in Dubai but picked this one for a reason. There is a feeling of long term living here. If you are thinking about something that blends a family friendly space with a bit of luxury but nothing over the top this place gets the vibe right.
Of course everyone feels homes differently. The only way to know if it fits is to have a look for yourself. If you want to walk through or even just ask about the area reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com we really just want your next move to feel easy and right for you.
