It is not unusual to see kids biking around after school and coffee shops tucked not too far away. Plus all the green corridors with jogging and cycling tracks make weekend routines a little more special. Playgrounds are nearby shaded walkways snake past the villas and it seems like families here settle in for the long haul.

There is also an option with the payment where you only need to pay sixty percent before handover then the other bit comes later which I know makes life simpler for a lot of buyers.
