You also have solid schools nearby and good healthcare so you are not spending half the day in traffic for appointments.

The best thing is all this feels like a real part of the growing Dubai Hills Estate community with golf courses not far and coffee shops you can actually walk to if you want a break from the kitchen. It is hard to describe but the days just seem a little less rushed here.
