10 bedroom villa in Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah

Some places just make you stop right there at the doorway and take a breath. This ten bedroom villa in Jumeirah Two is really one of those. You cannot help but try to picture what you would do with all the space. Actually I found myself walking a little slower than usual just because there is so much to look at. There is a sense of quiet even though you are close to everything. 

You might know Jumeirah Two is a little tucked away but still right where you want to be. Getting to Downtown is simple enough so is popping down to the beach even if it is just for an early coffee on a Friday or a sunset walk. You also get all the friendly feel of the community. I saw a couple of neighbours chatting near their gates and it gave this little village vibe which not everywhere in Dubai still has. Sometimes you even hear kids biking in the evenings. No surprise really when you think about the space.

This villa sits on a huge plot about twenty thousand square feet. That is really big honestly. I walked around outside a bit and you sort of imagine what you could do with the garden. Everywhere you look you just feel there is more space. There is nothing boxed in about it at all. There is no pool at the moment which might sound surprising but that means you really get to build the kind of pool you want. Or just keep the lawn for football or kids running around. The parking is its own story because you can line up a lot of cars here. Honestly up to twenty if you have a big family or love to entertain a crowd. 

Inside is almost surprising because the space just keeps going. There are ten big bedrooms and all these quiet corners for people to wind down in. The main living areas feel open and social. There is a real sense of flow between the rooms but also enough space that you are not on top of each other. I found the ball room kind of impressive you do not see that sort of thing often and I was just thinking about the kinds of gatherings you could host there. If you like a good dinner party the dining room actually feels up to it. Big windows give you plenty of light even if it is cloudy. The kitchens well there are a couple actually and neither feels like an afterthought. You can see yourself making real meals here not just heating up takeaway.

If you need extra rooms for staff or want a little more privacy there is a separate annex. I think this is the kind of thing that makes the villa work for a big family or somebody who has a proper team at home. The annex even has its own kitchen so nobody is running back and forth. 

Honestly what stands out is how flexible everything feels. There is room to grow change adapt. The layout is quite classic but things just make sense. You notice those little details where somebody really thought about how a family might live here.

The street itself is pretty quiet for Jumeirah. Morning walks are easy. Leafy trees around and local shops never feel far. You are still really close to Sheikh Zayed Road if you have to get across town in a hurry. 

The villa is empty right now honestly ready for someone to come in and make it their own. I really think this sort of property does not come up often especially at this size and in this location with everything so reachable. 

Really the only way to know if the house suits you is to spend a bit of time here. Walk around see what the light is like in the afternoon check the garden.
