5 Bedroom Villa in Fire, Jumeirah Golf Estates

Even before I set foot inside I noticed how peaceful it is out here. The villa sits on a quiet lane with green park views right out the front. Honestly you hear more birds than cars. Families seem to end up in this part of Jumeirah Golf Estates for a reason. It feels a notch calmer but still very much connected.

A lot of villas feel grand but a little cold. This one pulls off both space and warmth. You actually start with a wide driveway and a double garage that makes arriving home easy after work or school runs. There is something nice about space for two more cars right there in front too. Step through and the entryway opens into living that just flows. Not stiff or formal. Big windows let in that open park vibe but it never feels exposed, mostly because mature trees wrap around the back.
