Some homes just make you pause for a second when you walk in. This four bedroom villa in Rosa at Arabian Ranches 2 does exactly that. I remember standing in the hallway trying to decide if I wanted to check out the kitchen or just go straight to the backyard. You can feel that it is meant for families before you even finish closing the door behind you.
Out in Arabian Ranches 2 you get this easy going feeling. Rosa is one of those communities where the parks actually feel green and open and you catch a lot of life around the shared pool. People walk their dogs or you see kids heading back from school in the afternoons. Sometimes you even get that distant sound of kids laughing or a neighbor trimming their hedge. The villa is near the pool and park but not so close that it ever feels busy. Getting here is easy since you can slip in from the main road without winding all the way through the community.
This is a pretty big home at about 4330 square feet just for the built up area with a total plot that gives you a bit more garden space than most. There is always room for a barbecue or maybe even a little playhouse out back. When I walked the ground floor it felt open and kind of welcoming. The living and dining area stretches long enough that you could split them up for movie nights on one end and a proper dinner table on the other. Actually the kitchen sits close enough that you can cook and still catch the TV in the next room. It is not one of those show kitchens you see in magazines but you could definitely cook for real here. You might end up spending more mornings at the kitchen table with coffee than in the formal dining area honestly.
Upstairs you get four proper bedrooms and a bit of privacy. The master bedroom surprised me because it just keeps going and then you hit the walk in wardrobe that is big enough for both summer and winter clothes with room to spare. It has that kind of quiet feel in the evenings. There is something about the light as it drops in around sunset. Two of the double rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom which always seems to make mornings easier for kids or guests. The second bedroom has its own en suite which is a bit of a treat if you do have guests staying over. All the bedrooms have enough wardrobe space that you will not be living out of boxes.
Community life in Rosa is not just about the house though. There is a coffee shop close enough that you might walk down in slippers on a Saturday and a little supermarket that seems to have all the essentials. You spot familiar faces at the pool especially on weekends just out enjoying the weather which stays nice here for most of the year. Schools are not far either so morning drop off never has to turn into a long drive.
Parking is simply done too plenty of space and no fighting over spots. Sometimes in the evening the garden gets that soft glow and you hear birds more than cars. Honestly after walking through a lot of houses this one gave me that sense that you could actually put down roots and just live comfortably.
You would have to walk through for yourself to see if this home feels right. If you just want to ask about the details or schedule a look around I am always happy to help. At LuxuryProperty dot com we really want to make moving someplace new feel relaxed and easy. Come see if Rosa might be home.
