Some homes just have that welcome-home feeling from the moment you step through the door. I got that right away walking up to this spacious four bedroom villa in Rasha, Arabian Ranches 2. Before you even go in, you notice how easy parking is here you have two big covered spaces so you never have to circle around looking for a spot after work or school. There is a good sense of calm in this neighbourhood. Not a lot of noise. Often you spot kids riding bikes down the wide streets or someone walking their dog early in the evening.
Open the door and you get a proper sense of space. The hallway is wide enough for real life not just for show. Right away you have a bedroom to the right. I could see it working for guests but honestly it would be great if you have older parents staying over sometimes, or you could use it as a little home office that you can close off at the end of the day. The bathroom is right there so you get a bit of privacy from the rest of the house.
Move further in and you land in this massive living area. I stood in the middle just picturing game nights, movie nights, even birthdays where everyone can just spread out. There is a proper dining spot too so no one gets pushed into the corner. And wow the kitchen stretches out opposite this huge garden you can see straight through the sliding doors. It is one of those kitchens that feels like it actually gets used not just looks good in photos. I can see mornings where someone is making coffee and kids or friends are running outside or the dog wants to go play.
The backyard is honestly huge for the area and it just feels easy if you have little kids or pets that want to run around. There are spots for a swing set or maybe even an herb garden if you want. It is also quiet back there. Sometimes you really hear the birds in the morning which is a treat.
Upstairs the layout still feels open which is rare. You get another family area that would be perfect as a homework spot or somewhere to just lounge and read. There are two really airy bedrooms with lots of natural light. They share a jack and jill bathroom and one has a balcony which looks out over the greenery and rooftops. You will also notice there is a ton of built in storage which helps keep clutter down. The master bedroom is tucked a little further along. It is big but not over the top. The best part for me was the bathroom. Loads of room and a big window so it does not feel boxed in. You have fitted wardrobes too which just makes life easier.
Here in Arabian Ranches 2 you feel that old Dubai community vibe. People know each other. There is a lot going on if you like being active. The leisure centre is right there with its gym and cafe. You have tennis courts a big park and places to play volleyball or basketball. I see families getting together most weekends by the pool or at the playgrounds. If you need to do food shopping The Ranches Souk is an actual five minute drive. There is a Carrefour plus loads of places to grab a coffee or even a burger after a long week. I have never seen parking trouble at the souk either which is a bonus.
The schools around this area are well known and there are universities about a thirty minute drive away. If you work in Media City or Downtown the commute is not bad and you escape the city traffic when you get home.
This villa is about having room for your family to grow but also not too much to look after. Feels private relaxed and pretty safe for kids to just be kids. The only real way to know if it fits what you need is to come walk through in person. If you have questions or want to come see it just get in touch whenever. At LuxuryProperty dot com we are always happy to help you find something that makes life feel a bit easier.
