Walkways wind through the community and you see all sorts of folks, from parents jogging while their kids scooter along to families sitting by the play area in the evenings. Mornings are usually quiet. The local coffee shop is not any more than a walk or short bike ride away. Getting onto Emirates Road is fast so Downtown and Business Bay are under half an hour most days. Groceries, restaurants and schools are all close by so you are not driving across town for basics.
