You have some nice restaurants right at the base of the building which makes eating out pretty simple. If you stroll farther along the marina you find even more spots where you can sit with friends or just people watch. Sometimes you see kids biking around or someone fishing at the edge. The weekends are usually lively with people holding coffee and just relaxing on the benches.

One thing I should mention is the staff. People at Address Harbour Point are genuinely helpful but never hovering. There is always someone at the door with a quick hello and the concierge team is around if you need anything. Still it is all very relaxed so it always feels like home when you come in. Dubai Creek Harbour has this peaceful vibe even though you are never far from Downtown or the airport. Getting around is never a headache.
