You can tuck things away out of sight so you do not always feel you have to tidy up before anyone pops round. And then there is the balcony. It is not huge but honestly it is perfect. I stood out there with a coffee and you really can forget you are in London for a moment when you are up here looking out over the greens. It feels far enough from the street that you do not hear the busy rush but close enough that you can see what is happening. Rosemary House itself comes with a few things I think make a difference for daily life. There is undercroft parking which if you drive in this part of Ealing you know is worth mentioning. You also get to use the Podium Gardens which are up above the street and make a really peaceful place to get away with a book for a while. The Parkside Club is right here as well. Some days you might want the gym or just somewhere to plug in your laptop and get a bit of work done outside your flat but not stuck in a cafe for hours. The people in the building come and go but honestly everyone I met just seemed relaxed. Maybe it is the whole area because the Green Quarter wraps around these four and a half acres of proper parkland. Sometimes you see kids on scooters or people walking their dogs in the evening. The trees along the paths are almost like a secret in this part of London and the water features give it just this extra bit of calm. You are not far from the train and the coffee shops are scattered in easy reach so commuting or weekends both feel simple. If you want somewhere that is bright and easy and just feels like London at its best, this place really does that.
