The light really surprised me when I opened the door for the first time. You get a good stream of sunshine here pretty much from morning to evening. It just makes the main living space feel warm right away. I stood by the glass windows off the balcony while a bit of breeze came in and you could almost hear how quiet the park side is. No cars buzzing past. Really peaceful. Sometimes you can look out and see people down below using the running track or sitting with their coffee under the trees. Even the outdoor seating spots around the complex are handy if you just want to take a book out or meet someone for coffee.

Location is another one of those things you will appreciate more after living here. Nakheel Mall is practically next door for anything you need shopping wise. There are good restaurants all along the Golden Mile Galleria. One of the Italian places has some of the best brunches on weekends and you can just wander over in flip flops. If you have kids or need healthcare those kinds of amenities are nearby which honestly makes life easier. Some evenings you just want to grab a quick dinner nearby and head back home and that is simple here.

A few small things you only notice with time. It is a secure place overall. People do feel comfortable here whether you are single working couples or a family with little ones. Parking is sorted out cleanly so you are never hunting for a spot. The lift runs pretty smooth too. It always comes in handy if you have arms full of groceries.
