It is one of those places where errands never feel like a big project. You will see friends meeting up outside or families with kids having an ice cream in the evenings. The area has a different vibe in Palm Jumeirah. You might see people out on bikes or taking evening walks along the shore. Life feels a bit slower compared to some other parts of Dubai which I think is kind of nice.

The apartment gives you options too. You can rent it out as an investment since Seven Palm allows both or you can move in yourself and just enjoy living by the sea.
