Walking in, you are just pulled straight out to the sea. It is not even a subtle thing. You see these massive windows that do the whole floor to ceiling thing and for a second you almost forget whatever was on your mind before. Sometimes you actually catch the light making patterns on the floor and it feels almost kind of calming. Living on the Palm Jumeirah always promises something special but honestly this spot has its own sort of rhythm.

The first thing you notice is how much the main living space just opens out. It does not feel boxy at all. The dining and living flow right into each other so you could be making a quick cup of coffee and still chatting to someone flopped on the sofa. There is this wide terrace you get to from both the living room and the bedroom. I actually stood out there for a bit and you can smell the sea if the wind is right. This terrace is the kind of spot where you will probably find yourself spending cool evenings just watching the water go gold at sunset or stretching out with a book on the weekend. The gym is up on the roof with glass walls all around so if you do manage to squeeze in a workout you are looking out across the water and the Dubai skyline. Down at ground level is a really long infinity pool which is great for actual swimming not just lounging. There is a private beach that wraps along the water and it actually feels private since it is just for residents. Plus you do not even need to leave the building if you want a lazy breakfast or forgot to pick up milk. There is a restaurant always buzzing a little on the breakwater and a handy convenience store tucked in next door.

The location makes everything else easy. The Nakheel Mall is pretty much down the road and the Boardwalk curves out along the water for an evening walk. Atlantis resort is close too so whether it is a night out or just some visiting friends you will never be out of options. Getting off the Palm and reaching downtown Dubai or the Marina is never a headache with the main road close by.

Honestly there is something comfortable about this apartment. It is modern but not trying too hard. You could just live here easy. Or if you are looking as an investment it actually makes sense because people always ask about ocean view one bedrooms on the Palm Jumeirah.
