Sometimes you walk into an apartment and, honestly, you just want to stand by the window for a while and watch the city go by. Walking to the Metro takes about five minutes if you time yourself at a normal pace. Heading out in the car is quick too. Dubai Mall is around twenty minutes give or take, Palm Jumeirah is just over ten minutes if the roads are clear, JBR walk or Marina area are just a short spin too. It is one of those spots that works for both people who want to be out a lot and those who just want to stay in and relax. You also have a direct connection to the main Sheikh Zayed road so getting out of Dubai or heading to Abu Dhabi is as easy as it gets.
