The first time I walked in I could not help but slow down for a second right in the entrance, the sunlight pouring through those floor to ceiling windows, the sort of quiet you only get when you are this close to the water. The views out over the Arabian Gulf and off to the Dubai skyline almost make you stop and stare especially late in the day when the light gets more golden and the city starts to glow.

With a built up area of about 1712 square feet the place honestly just feels roomy. You do not have to squeeze around furniture or tiptoe past the coffee table. The living and dining spaces are all open and easy but they still have a natural sense of flow so you can kind of imagine where your life would happen. If you like to cook this kitchen feels like somewhere you could actually spend some real time not just warm up takeout. The community pool is lovely for lazy afternoons when it just feels too hot for anything else and there is a proper gym that actually gets some natural light so workouts do not feel like a chore.

For families or people planning to have visitors now and then the childrens play area is a bit of a lifesaver. I have seen kids riding their bikes in the evenings and lots of people milling around the promenade grabbing ice cream or heading to a cafe. The JBR Walk is right there which makes grabbing a coffee or a late breakfast with friends just so simple. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and little shops everywhere so you do not feel like you always have to jump in the car just to get something done.
