2 Bedroom Apartment in Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate

Some places really surprise you in a good way. This two bedroom apartment at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate did that for me. I think it is because of how open everything feels. When you first walk in you get a sense there is more space than you expected. The big windows help with that. Sunlight just kind of fills the rooms and you look straight out over the Dubai Hills Park. There is so much green everywhere you almost forget this is in Dubai. I found myself just pausing by the windows watching a bit of life go by. You might hear a few birds in the morning or see people jogging on the walkways nearby.

The living and dining area really suits the way people actually live. It is open but not cold. You could watch TV while someone else is putting something together in the kitchen and still talk to each other. Speaking of the kitchen it has pretty much everything you need. Real appliances not just the basics. I could picture actually cooking here not just heating up food. The countertops are generous and there is even some space if you wanted a little breakfast table or a couple of stools for coffee in the morning.

Both bedrooms feel like bedrooms should. Not all boxy or squeezed in. The master has something extra going for it too with a real walk-in wardrobe you will not have to argue for shelf space and a bathroom that feels like an actual space to get ready in. Not just a small bathroom off the hallway. The second bedroom could fit anything from a guest bed to a desk if you are working from home. Plus the same kind of natural light that makes you want to leave your curtains open a little more than usual.

I should mention the balcony because it is not just a narrow ledge like you sometimes get. There is room to sit with a cup of coffee take in a view of real green parkland and see the sky turn pink at sunset. Sometimes you will hear kids playing on the lawns below. You might even find yourself bringing a book out here in the evenings and just relaxing for a moment.

Life at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate is easygoing in a way you will notice after a few days. You are surrounded by trees and long walkways where you see parents with strollers or someone walking a dog. The outdoor pool is a nice touch especially on a hot day with just the right amount of space for laps but not crowded. There are childrens play areas so no one is bored plus nearby there is a tennis academy if that is your thing. You can even wake up and walk or jog on the dedicated tracks or just ride a bike without having to cross a big road. You are also close to the local shops and a good coffee place is never far. Groceries do not mean a long drive and Healthcare City is not far either in case you ever need it.

Security and maintenance just seem to work quietly in the background you do not even notice them unless you need something. Parking is honestly more convenient than you expect in Dubai too. And the community itself feels safe to walk in even late in the evening.

One thing you cannot tell until you are here is how the whole Dubai Hills Estate community has a really friendly vibe. Sometimes you see neighbours saying hi maybe organising a little gathering at the park. It feels less rushed and more like you can actually be part of things if you want to.
