The retail and dining along the promenade are right there if you need plans last minute. Sometimes you forget your car even exists. Being on one of the upper floors does mean your view will never be blocked and nothing feels crowded, and everything from the shared lawn to the ninth floor gyms and club areas just feel easy to use. People who live here often say there is a kind of relaxed neighbourly feeling. You might wave to the same faces in the elevator or see kids biking under the palm trees in the evening.
