Some places just get to you right away. The first time I walked into one of these studio apartments at Palace Beach Residence in Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour, I actually had to pause for a second. The light just pours in everywhere and you get this feeling like you're somewhere special even if the city is right outside. Honestly it is the kind of spot where you wake up in the morning and think you might just go for a swim before breakfast or maybe stroll down and grab a coffee because you can. That private beach is just steps away and you really do start to wonder if you'll ever want to live far from the sea again.
The studios here are simple in the best way. It is not showy. You step in and there is a mix of those warm wood tones and cool stone underfoot that makes you want to stick around for a while. Floor to ceiling windows open up the space so even though it is a studio, you never feel boxed in. Once, I leaned against the glass just watching the sea go gold at sunset. Kinda hard to beat that after a long day.
What I like about Palace Beach Residence is you get all the comfort and polish you expect from something branded by Palace Beach Hotel but it still feels like a real home. Some places just feel like hotels all the time but here it is different. You might see a neighbor coming back with fresh bread in the morning or someone heading out in their workout gear to the fitness centre downstairs. It is chilled out that way.
You will definitely notice all the details that Emaar is known for. The pool deck just has that look that makes you want to sit out there on a lazy Friday. The gym is better than most places I have seen and actually feels like somewhere you would keep coming back to. If you like eating out, there are signature restaurants right in the building plus the whole Marina and JBR are pretty much next door if you want to switch it up. Honestly, you could live here for months and never eat at the same place twice if you did not want to.
There is something about being part of Emaar Beachfront. Kids play around in the evenings and sometimes you see people just walking with no rush. It does not really feel like city living even though you are seconds from it. And the best thing is every window looks over either the Arabian Sea or the Dubai skyline. It is quiet but never boring. Sometimes you almost forget about your phone for a while which, let's be honest, is pretty rare these days.
Because these are serviced apartments you do get all those perks like cleaning and help from the hotel crew whenever you need it but you do not have to live by hotel rules. You get to make it your own space. Plus, with all the hotel facilities available you never feel like you are missing out on anything. There is always a terrace or a little garden spot to tuck yourself away with a book or just watch the world go by.
If you are looking for a new apartment in Dubai Harbour or specifically at Emaar Beachfront, I am not sure there is a more comfortable base than Palace Beach Residence. You can feel the calm every time you step inside and the sea is always waiting just a few feet away. This is not just another Dubai apartment. It has a different pace and a pretty honest charm to it.
