Step outside the building and Downtown Dubai is just there. You can walk to Dubai Mall pretty easily on a weekend or catch a show at the Dubai Opera. There is almost always something to do. Souk Al Bahar is close by and the shops and restaurants feel endless honestly even if you just need coffee first thing in the morning. Sometimes you see people jogging with the Burj Khalifa behind them or families heading out for a fountain show. It just makes the neighbourhood lively but not rushed.

This apartment could work really well if you want a home with no fuss right away or even if you are thinking of something solid to invest in.
