This one bedroom apartment up high in Burj Khalifa, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, caught me a bit off guard in the best way. Maybe it is the light coming in from those full length windows that makes you stop and take a breath or maybe it is just knowing you are in the tallest tower in the world looking out at a view most folks can only dream about. I spent a moment just leaning against the window there really is nothing quite like seeing all of Dubai laid out way below and the sea glittering farther out. Dubai Mall is almost next door when you want to shop or just walk off an evening and Dubai Opera is right up the street so on show nights the area has a little buzz about it. You are also near Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard which has those cafes where you can actually sit for hours and watch the world go by. I have seen kids biking around here at sunset and you nearly forget you are in one of the busiest parts of the city.

The truth is for some people this apartment might be a new start or maybe a second home or just a really great investment to hold onto. It just depends on where life is. Furnished so you can move in with only a suitcase and not worry too much about fussing over little things.
