I could not help but notice the calm that settled once I stepped in. The way light just spills into the living room through those impressive floor to ceiling windows is not something you forget. When I stood in the corner for a bit I could see the towers and the sea stretching far out and honestly it is a view that just makes you stop whatever you are doing for a second. If you want to head to the Burj Khalifa it is just a few minutes away on foot. The Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are both so close you could almost walk there with your coffee. Weekends often mean art shows on the street or new food trucks and the coffee scene here is actually pretty good. The community just feels easy to slip into.
