Taxis come fast here and the tram is super handy if you do not always want to drive.

Of course the building itself is well kept. You notice that the second you walk through the lobby. The staff actually say hello. That is not something you get everywhere in the city. And Jumeirah Beach Residence tends to feel a little like a seaside town even though you are right in the middle of Dubai.
