There is something about this apartment at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour, honestly. I walked in and just paused for a second because the full on sea view really does catch you off guard. You look out these floor to ceiling windows and there it is, all that blue Gulf water, Palm Jumeirah stretched out, even the Atlantis is right there. The light pours in so everything feels bright, even if you show up on a not so sunny day. I found myself just leaning on the glass staring at the waves and you just do not want to pick up your phone for a bit.

Now this place is just a little under one thousand two hundred square feet, which you feel straight away because the main living area feels open and easy to move around in. The kitchen is proper too, none of those tiny show kitchens where you cannot actually cook, this one is fitted with good appliances so you could actually have friends over and cook something up from scratch if you felt like it. The smart part is how it flows into the living room so you are never cut off from everyone else if you are making coffee or snacks. And when you step out onto the balcony, you really do get this kind of uninterrupted look at the Palm from just the right height, not so high that things look distant, but you are well above street level so it is quiet. Sometimes you can hear the breeze, and honestly, I could imagine starting most mornings out there with coffee and no shoes on.

Residents get their own private beach, so no jostling with weekend crowds or dragging bags for miles. I actually watched a family walk straight down with just towels and it just seems easy. The pool area goes right up to the edge of the sand and there is an infinity edge that makes the view even bigger. There is a gym tucked in there too, so you do not have to make some crazy commute just to get a workout in. For anyone with kids, there is a playground that most adults would wish they could use, right next to the pool but set apart so you do not have to listen to splashing if you don't feel like it.

You are right at the start of Emaar Beachfront so getting in and out is actually straightforward. Coffee shops pop up close by and you see people heading out with dogs or bikes, especially on weekends. It just feels like an easygoing place, not one of those busy crowded communities where you cannot find parking. If you work in the city or want quick access to the Marina, you are sorted. But being here, you do feel like you have stepped out of the noise. Sometimes you almost forget you are still in Dubai.

This apartment is unfurnished so you can really bring your own style to it, blank canvas and all that. The price sits at three hundred thousand AED, and for the views and the location it does feel fair, especially for Emaar Beachfront where private beach access is a bit special.
