Some places truly surprise you. I remember stepping into this two bedroom apartment right in the heart of the Burj Khalifa and just feeling the quiet buzz of Downtown Dubai stretching out below. You can tell when a home has been designed to really let you slow down now and then, and this one does that. It is up high with all these almost movie like views across the Boulevard and you even get a glimpse of the sea on clear days. It just feels like Dubai from the best angle and not everyone gets to see this side of the city.
The apartment itself feels spacious from the moment you walk in. The living room is the sort of spot you could actually see yourself coming back to after a long day and maybe not even checking your phone for a while. The hardwood floors have this warm feel underfoot that works with the cool white walls. There is something calming about the way the light bounces around when the sun is going down in the evenings. Sometimes it is hard to believe you are right in the middle of that Downtown energy because inside everything is just still.
The kitchen is open and honestly feels like you would cook for real here. Not just heat something up but actually get into making a meal. The way it connects to the rest of the living space makes it easy to imagine friends gathering for breakfasts or just grabbing a coffee. You notice how the finishes are all modern but not too flashy. It all feels natural.
Both bedrooms give you plenty of space to set up the way you want. I looked out of the main bedroom window and ended up just watching the city move for a bit. It is the kind of view that settles you. The bathrooms are done in a way that reminds you that you are living somewhere special but again not in a way that tries too hard. It is comfortable and practical but there are touches that just feel a little more thoughtful.
Living in the Burj Khalifa comes with a few things you really cannot get anywhere else. The Sky Lobbies are something you have to see in person. Imagine sipping a coffee or maybe just taking a work call while looking out over Dubai from that high up. It feels almost peaceful. Residents have access to so many amenities but honestly my favorite might be the swimming pool up on the higher levels. You also get a really good gym and even tennis and squash courts. I have heard a few residents talk about how nice it is to have yoga classes right here so you never have to deal with traffic or rushing around. The spa is a quiet retreat if you just need to switch off for a while.
There is also the Business Lounge on the one hundred twenty third floor. Can you imagine working from there or just meeting someone with those views all around you. It is a whole different way to experience Dubai. Plus the coffee is actually decent which is a bonus.
The apartment is unfurnished at the moment so you get to make it your own from day one. That is rare up here. Some people like to bring their own style and turn a space like this into something that really feels like home. The area itself is pretty lively but when you head up the elevators it all quiets down. Just you and the view. You are a short elevator ride from all the best restaurants and shops in Downtown Dubai so everything is easy. Sometimes you see families out on the Boulevard in the evenings or people jogging before the sun gets too high. The Dubai Mall is close and honestly the coffee shop is never far.
The only way to know if this apartment at Burj Khalifa is the right spot for you is to come and see it.
