It is not just the space or the layout even though you can stretch out easily here. I think it is more the way the sunlight bounces off the sea and city views through those big windows. So you are right on Bluewaters Island which for me honestly is one of the best spots in the city if you want a bit of calm without being far from anything fun. I stood by the balcony and just watched the boats going out and the skyline doing its thing. The sunsets from here make you forget your phone for a while. You really can see all of the Arabian Sea opening out and then the city just wraps around you. Even if you like to stay in with coffee and a book you will be drawn outside to the balcony which is wide enough to put a table out and just sit for a long breakfast.

Inside, you feel the openness. The living area and kitchen kind of blend together so if you are cooking or just hanging out nobody feels split off. There are lots of those floor to ceiling windows that are so clear you sometimes forget they are there. You get sun all day and Dubai skies at night. The kitchen has enough space that you could really cook dinner not just heat stuff up as you go. I like that the cupboards are all built in so nothing feels messy.

Each of the three bedrooms is en suite which is one of those small things that makes mornings much easier. The wardrobes are built in so every room just feels easy to keep tidy. Plus you get a proper maid's room and a utility room which if you have a lot of stuff or just get deliveries often you start to appreciate. The guest bathroom is simple but when friends drop by it is just right.

Now if you have kids or guests everyone has their bit of space. But what I really like is you are always reminded you are on the water. Sometimes you can hear the sound of the sea if you open the window in the morning. That does not happen everywhere in Dubai.

You also get that local life feeling around here. There is usually someone out jogging or going for a walk with a dog. You are not far from the JBR and Dubai Marina so if you want the cinemas and malls or just quick evening out you are honestly a five minute drive. The choices for eating are unreal. I find myself always going back to Alici for seafood when I am here but you have Hell's Kitchen and Scarlet's Bakery whenever you want. Most of it is walkable which makes life feel simple.

People ask about the community and it honestly feels like its own pocket of Dubai. You do not get the same crowded feel as the main city but you still have everything you need. It is kind of the best of both worlds. The facilities in Bluewaters Residences are strong. There is security and parking and pools and a gym that are kept up really well. If you are working from home there are spots close by for coffee or just to clear your head midday. The vibe is easy. Sometimes you even see kids biking in the evenings or families heading down to the beach together.

This apartment is unfurnished so you get the chance to add your own style without having to work around anyone else's taste. The area is over two thousand square feet so space is not something you are going to worry about. You can really spread out.
