Shopping and a selection of coffee spots are all within a quick drive too. And, for days when you do not want to battle the main roads, you can get to work in the Marina or along Sheikh Zayed Road quite easily. If you are someone who likes convenience without the feeling of too many cars or crowds, you will see why people stick around here long term.
