You get that classic Emaar Beachfront sense of calm mixed with the quiet hum of Dubai Harbour just outside. The beach is never more than a few steps away. You can wander out for a morning walk or you might catch kids playing football in the sand in the evenings. Shops and cafes are dotted around nearby so getting a coffee or bite to eat does not need to be a mission. Every time I visit there is always some neighbours out walking their dogs or just standing by the marina chatting. It just feels easy.
For anyone thinking about connections you are really in the right spot. You can be in Dubai Marina quickly or head over to Bluewaters Island if you want something different. Roads are close but not too close so you still get peace. Living here you do get all the Dubai Harbour benefits which means world class amenities gyms pools and all the practical things covered. Even if you travel often it is easy from here with the main highway close by.
The apartment is vacant now so you can imagine moving in without waiting around. It is not always you get a spot that is this new and ready. If you are looking for somewhere that feels more like a home than just another apartment this one is probably worth a look.
