You would expect a lot of traffic noise but actually it is pretty peaceful. Water pressure is perfect which sometimes is a little thing but really matters after a long day.

If you head up to the rooftop you will notice there is no rush. I saw someone reading on a lounger by the pool and almost joined them. You can pick from two different pools so finding a quiet spot is never hard. It was a surprise to find it and honestly it adds a unique feel to this place. You get a sense that you are welcome to do more here than just sleep.

Outside the building the best part is really the location. You can stroll over to some of the best coffee shops in Downtown Dubai without having to grab your car. I have seen families out taking walks and kids biking in the evenings. There are bakeries and brunch spots all around which just make weekends feel easy. If you ever want a concert or an art show the Opera and Dubai Mall are both walkable and sometimes you even catch some music drifting over from Burj Park in the evenings.

All these details together make it hard to decide if you would rather live here full time or just keep it as a getaway base in Dubai. It works either way. There is enough luxury to make life comfortable but nothing that keeps you from settling in and living your own way.
