Hayat Townhouses, Town Square
Some homes just have a feeling that makes you slow down for a second when you walk in. That's honestly what happened the last time I stepped inside this three bedroom townhouse in Hayat at Town Square. It just feels lived in but fresh and well looked after, sort of like everything has found its comfortable spot. You might actually take your shoes off just to feel the smooth floor under your feet.
Right at the entrance, you get this passage that does a neat job of keeping the kitchen and living area a bit separate. The kitchen is proper room size by the way, not one of those corners squeezed in too tight, and you can almost imagine the sound of kids running through while you get breakfast going or maybe actually trying out that recipe you saved on your phone. The space just makes sense and leads straight into the dining bit which catches really nice morning light. Someone will probably end up leaving their coffee on the table while heading out to the garden. The sliding glass doors at the back open up wider than I expected, and stepping out into the garden, you get this patch of greenery that's honestly larger than what you usually see around Town Square. The grass out there is clean and healthy, like maybe someone already spent a few afternoons with a book or having friends over for those easy barbeque evenings. It just asks to be used.
Downstairs, you'll also notice a guest bathroom tucked out of the way so visitors never have to wander around. There's a laundry room that feels surprisingly useful not just a cupboard to hide your washing machine. And actually a proper maid's room with its own bathroom, which is a bit rare and means a real sense of space for everyone whether you have help staying over or you need a little extra storage.
When you head up to the first floor, there's this calm feeling as you climb the stairs. The master bedroom is bigger than most, and the balcony off it just looks out over the community road in a way that almost slows your whole afternoon down. It is the kind of spot where you could sit with a cup of tea and just watch the day go by. The en-suite bathroom doesn't try to be flashy, just really practical and everything has its place. The two other bedrooms upstairs feel honest, with enough room for kids, guests or even as a bit of an office if you work from home sometimes. They actually both have their own en-suite which is a relief for mornings when everyone is rushing at once.
There is a lot to say about the Hayat community itself. It has grown into a really established spot lately. The closest thing you get to traffic here are the kids biking around in the evening or neighbors chatting on their way to the park. The new community centre is just over the road and most morning routines seem to include poking your head into Spinneys for a coffee or last minute ingredients. People use the parks. They really do. You will see families out for sunsets, folks using the two swimming pools, the football field sometimes gets busy when a game is on, and the gym is honestly better fitted out than most apartment towers I have seen.
Town Square as a whole is still one of those communities where people know each other just a bit more. You get a feeling of life happening here not just houses lining the street. Plus being in Hayat means you're never too far from the bigger highways if you ever need to leave apart from the school runs or heading into the city now and then.
It is always tricky to capture the real feel of a townhouse like this with just words. You honestly have to walk around, open the bedroom doors, maybe stand in the garden for a second. If you want to come see it or just have a chat about what life is actually like in Hayat, let me know any time. We try to make your next move feel as easy and comfortable as possible because really that is what matters most.
